This was hella fun to watch you work on
Also happy to come up with this rather interesting method of prey locomotion <3
Step one: Muscles at the base of the throat grip the prey tightly, holding it in place
Step two: throat stretches forwards, prey is held still at base of throat so throat and head/jaws held wide open, literally stretch around more of prey
Step three: muscles at base of throat release, jaws bite down into prey
Step four: Neck contracts, drawing prey down with it, forcing it deeper.
Repeat untill no prey remain >/.>
