Ooh, that's quite the dress! Maybe not the most modest in the world, especially in the bodice, but it looks super cute on her, and very elegant, too. Plus the mask is a lovely touch. I think this is one of the most gorgeous sketches of Tiera we've seen in a while, and it's a lovely idea all around!
