First species sheet done (excluding the Nether Dragon lifecycle). Took a while to figure out exactly what to include, but now I've got a template down the other species of Monumendo should be much easier. Next will be Rowai, Badlands and Viridi.

WILDS VENKATS

Belonging to the Venkat family, know for their easy going attitudes,
affinity for nature and a spiritual connection to life and death.

Wilds Venkats are found throughout Monumendo. Integrating into societies
the world over, Wilds culture has been engraned into all other sentient
species in some form or another.

CHARACTERISTICS
Compared to other Venkats
- Largest ears
- Straight horns
- Second longest tail
- Average height

OCCUPATIONS

FREELANCER
The Freelancer roams Monumendo, doing odd jobs
for coin, food or shelter while they travel.
They pick up a wide variety of skills along the way,
from Treasure Hunting to farming, innkeeping to sailing.
This is reflected in their appearance, with clothing
made of a mishmash of items they've obtained along
the way.

Older Freelancers are often highly sought
after in the larger cities.

TRAVELING MERCHANT
Wilds Merchants tend not to specializes in particular
goods, instead learning what's valuable from town to
town and stocking up accordingly for the trade routes.

They often befrend and employ Viridi or Virido to help
them move the stock and will also join up with other
merchants to form large caravans.

DRUID
Druids are responsible for binding and awakening nether
dragons to other creatures throughout Monumendo.
They are trained by a High Druid, who will bestow their
own 'mark' for the Druid they train, all of which have
some significance to the guardian of dreams, Misericordia.
Druids also have a large medical knowledge base, and can
also serve as healers

Druids will embark on a pilgrimage to learn about the
world before settling down into a region to serve the
local community.

FARMER
Wilds Farmers tend naturally growing crops and manage
herds of animals across large areas of land. The farming
area is run by multiple Wilds families, that support one
another in as a de facto town.

While the yield of their farms isn't the same quantity
of Badlands or Avins, their produce is of an extremely
high quailty and fetches a large amout of coin at
markets world wide.

HUNTER
Living a transient lifestyle, Wilds hunters live off the
land in the remotest regions of Monumendo. Hunters
are highly skilled at navigating the vast wilderness,
which leads them to be hired as guides for
merchant caravans.

It's not unusual for a hunter to fall in love with a
Wilds Farmer they meet when traveling through their
land, then settle down to become Farmers themselves.

ELDEST
The Eldest is a title bestowed to the female Wilds
Venkat within the community with the most experience
(generally they are also a Druid). They settle disputes,
teach young, aid with injuries or sickness and are
consulted for life advice.

While this title is specific to Wilds culture, other
species of Venkat and even Viridi have adopted it for
themselves, nominating their own non Wilds Eldest.
