fuck i can't get over how adorable he is.

this is him about full grown, he's the size of a large dog (exact measurements someday) but is capable of growing/shrinking/shifting his shape in a few ways.

the bulb at the end of his tail "inflates" and his tongue is .. really long. (is held in a pouch in his neck, and the bulge is usually visible unless hsi tongue is.. well.. out.)

his ears have the soft suction cups on the "underside" (front, whatever) and he uses them to hold onto whomever he's taking advantage of- the idea was he'd be underneath you with his tongue up yer hole and the ears massaging your ass/balls/etc.

he has four official "penises" (which is to say, tentacles in the common genital location) that are contained in a pouch- they coil up and into his tail and the base of the tail is thicker when they are retracted.

exact number of tentacles has been undecided, but they grow in pairs along his "spine"- they start at the base of his neck and go to the base of his tail.. exact extention hasn't been decided yet.
they can retract -almost- fully into his back, and they can extend or retract independant of each other. (though usually they extend in pairs)

his feet.. are supposed to look kind of like squidward's feet.

pretty much everything except the tail has or can have soft suction cups, but only the tongue and ears NEED to have them.
