Topher in the past was simply labled as 'some character' in my file system.

Later on I got pissed at something and redesigned him to mimic what I was feeling.

I have no idea what 'bs' means on his ascot or whatever it's called, and I have no idea why he's wearing it. I never intended for him to look a little bit gay, but that was probably influenced by my art style at the time.
