This steamdriven delivery service is a pencil clean up on that oh so nifty and difficult-to-draw-on parchment paper of one of my rafts I designed for  patrix He was challenged to design the conbook for MMC13 this year and I helped out with concept drawings of buildings and vehicles.

The delivery vessel is my most elaborate concept: The stone oven which the pizalolo uses to heat the pizza at the same time heats the hot air balloon and heats the boiler for the steam engine. As long as they are delivering and baking pizza, the boat is afloat! The ship's hull is inspired by the fishing boats of the Mediterranean, the pizza slicer my version of the obligatory battering ram.
