this is personal reference on the character i'm working on for the sake of animation planning (and rigging for that matter) I know that not to many people have reference up on this so i thought I could post something that someone might find eventualy while looking into the subject.

as an explination, K9s paws are what is known as Digetgrade. Meaning that they walk on the digets or fingers as I've demonstrated here. Useing a human hand is a good way to represent the figure in question in motion. I took the time to mark the points of joints in the hand so I have a rough idea how the digets react to pressures. you can see something from the outside and assume how it moves on the inside but usualy this isnt the case.
