For the first 15 minutes of every week day before he goes to work, he stomps between the bedroom and the airing cupboard, horking his lungs out and banging the doors of said destinations (because of course he's also hard of hearing) as if he's searching for one piece of clothing at a time of his day's outfit, then putting that piece on and coming back for the next one.

Weekends are a nightmare.

I'd consider myself misophonic too. Certain noises I find irresistable, like analogue clock ticking. But noises that are repeating, but also erratic annoy the hell out of me. I saw your comment about phlegmy coughs and instantly scrunched up. UGH. My dad smokes nearly two packs of cigarettes a day. Any time you're around him, expect to hear him cough up 6 lungs and 4 tracheae every 5-7 minutes. There's also this moocher living with us who constantly goes "HUEGH!" over and over. Blech.

i mostly run actually, bout 3-5 miles a day each day of the week

otherwise i do full body weight training on 3 alternating days of the week, just regular compound exercises and blah blah
