This was taken at the top of one of San Francisco's boobs (Twin Peaks) overlooking all of SF, and was meant to be making fun of the myriad Japanese/Chinese/Asian tourists around us doing the same thing. I don't think I'm ever this outwardly happy unless there's been some mass consumption of sugar and/or alcohol.
