PICHU in pamps is always super adorable. Perhaps the padding helps them not get so much owie when they use their electrical abilities? The poor little chus do tend to hurt themselves with their less-than-controllable electric powers.

This makes me think on how, given the control troubles with their electricity, they make sense to need a diaper. Little ones are still learning to control themselves and, if they can't control their electricity, they definitely cannot keep their bladders and bowels grounded.

Now I see a PICHU giving itself an owie, falling on its padded rump, and swelling its pamps from the scare of getting shocked.
