Natasha's last test was to face against the tube. As she did, the wind started to blow at 100 mph, While she was talking, her fluency was all wobbly and a bit hard to understand. Later, the producer cranked up the speed at 200 mph, and Natasha's face says it all.
The audition was complete, and without having to wait for a callback, Natasha became a cast member.
