Just wanted a futuristic (possibly retro) year of the rat pic of my handsome, muscle rat, Harvey. He'd probably fit in well within a cyberpunk world.

It definitely doesn't have to be 2020. It could be 2008 or 2032, or even like an alternate universe 1984 or a far future year of the rat.
