As you can see, I'm currently working on the jaw movement (the elastic is temporary). I have yet to cut the mesh to fit the eyes. I figured I'd wait until my head is partially furred so I can see what I want for the eyes. Once I fix the jaw, I'm going to start cutting the foam for the cheeks, ears, and lower jaw. Instead of using the foam to balaclava method, I used an aluminum frame covered in mesh for extra stability. This also makes the head smaller and closer to my body's proportions. So far I'm happy with the turnout.
