After the events of ShB 5.3, Ashton went back to Ishgard...purposefully avoiding Aymeric. Unfortunately for her, Edmont lets slip to the Lord Commander that she's staying at House Fortemps and, well, Aymeric drops nearly everything to go and see her and see if she's alright.
Aaaand then there's emotions and tears and confessions and OOP FINALLY A GODDAMN KISS ITS NOT LIKE THERE HASN'T BEEN PINING SINCE HEAVENSWARD NOOO...........
