Fireflies have always been one of my favorite insects. I think my best child memory is playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. The game changed so many of my views on the world and had major influence on my view on animals and nature in general and that they need to be protected.
As for fireflies, I've only seen them once, but it was a very nice experience.
