If you're buying items that are Pay-What-You-Want and they're less than $1, it won't work, afaik.

This is a digital only site, so I don't know what you mean about the lost physical copy of the book (sorry to hear that!).

You add the item to your cart and there should be a field saying you can enter your promo code. Enter kawfee in there and it should give you a 50% discount. Just proceed paying with your payment information. It's a digital store, so you don't need anything shipped.

Sorry I didn't see this until now. You have to be on a desktop computer to access the .zip file downloads. Mobile phones don't tend to recognize them.

Not sure why it's not working. Check to see your items are valued at more than $1, b/c it cannot take less than a $1 payment. You might have to buy items individually if you mixed 'Pay what you want' items at less than $1 in with normal-priced items. If that doesn't work, then I don't know. They've been doing a lot of payment system management lately.
