Letter of refusal from apartments
I finally thought to look in my resident portal and found that they had sent me a similar letter last month on the portal (The one on the door blamed high risk residents)
The rest basically just tells people they have no problem eviting people because the rent and eviction freezes are over and then the contact information for the office.

No lawyers we've tried to contact will take our case because it isn't about evictions so we have written two letters to our Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser. We have gotten no replies so far but if you look at the news in the Denver area, it is a lot of people dealing with apartments doing shading things and getting away with it effectively.
Phil Weiser has already had to address many of them but there is a lot, from wrongful evictions to voter intimidation to illegal rent spikes to lack of maintenance and unit repairs across the state.
I wouldn't be surprised if it took months for any of this to be resolved tbh.
