Yeah! All witches have them and they get passed down through the parent/marriage. You'll notice in previous pages that Satine and Violana (their Mom) also has markings similar to Battam's, and markings are known to change and morph through a witches lifetime or through great emotion or stress (really, almost anything can happen to a witch if enough emotion is involved haha)
In the original 3 comic chapters of Solanaceae, we even see Battam's markings change in anger for a brief moment.
