The Year is 2100. The scare of the end of the Earth has passed. Prophesized apocalypses have come and gone, and the world still turns around. People have lost faith in religion, Vigilantism is outlawed to make life easier for the Rich and powerful, and gods and demigods have all but abandoned who remains.

This super-city spanning across the southern portion of Texas is the combination of Austin, Huston, and San Antonio. Their borders were blurred together and the resulting mega-city was renamed: "Ethereal City"

Massive skyscrapers protrude from the landscape as digital displays show their advertizements to whoever passed, or would be unfortunate enough to live next to them.

Nothing green remains. Air is purified artificially by synthetic means. Food production is the same way, largely synthetic, and contains very little nutritional value. Malnutrition is rampant among the poor and middle class.

Theres no hope that remains. Everyone's dreams have died as they're constantly trampled over by those in power, whom are corrupt beyond belief.

But now a new technology has opened the door to new possibilities. Time Travel

But with that possibility, comes a whole new can of worms
