Sentinal team's sniper, Fanjunkare Lena 'Archer' Rossägen from the Swedish Särskilda Operationsgruppen. She's one of the deadliest snipers around. While not the longest reaching, Lena is fast and accurate with her shots which is far more important in a hectic combat situation. What's surprising about her is that she can't really tolerate heat that well but for some reason when in the field she never complains about it even with all the kit and ghillie suit, only do so when at the base or on vacation.

This is part of my personal challenge this month of November where I will draw 1 drawing of my characters every day until December starts. Lena's back! For now, she's without her ghillie suit as I absolutely do not want to draw the whole thing. It's a bit of a pain to do. I have drawn her in this similar setup for years but not one with the ghillie hood. So this one is fun.
