I actually started this before the character development meme popped up; I saw a friend do something similar so I figured I'd give it a shot too.

I'm sure there's more iterations of him, but these are more or less the 4 big steps I can think of.

1. Red tails. Yep, he was a red tails for awhile.
2. gave him a hat, clothes
3. dropped hat, started to move away from sonic-style, dropped second tail
-grey forearms/eartips/tailtip added somewhere in-between
4. sleeves shorted, started drawing hair rather then just one side bangs kind of thing, scar over left eye, left eye orange, right eye green (shut up I suck too much to actually colour the whole damn thing)

Drawing him getting taller/bigger was and accidental side effect of me being lazy, but it oddly works out well.
