Some guy's at the zoo taking snapshots of animals when suddenly Mr. Butterfingers drops his cellphone in the alligator pen. He asks the alligator for help, but Mr. Grouchy Gator Pants doesn't waaaanna.

It's the obvious things that sometimes get overlooked. But see to it, will you? Can't have that 'gator go unlicked for very long; he may develop a complex or something, and we wouldn't want that.

If he were really surly, he'd simply trundle over, grab the cellphone in his gator teeth, and tossit back up with a flip of his head. If biting the phone didn't ruin it completely, having it fall onto the zoo pavement would.

There'd be no legal jeopardy whatsoever. As has been established in hundreds of thousands of past cases, whatever a zoo animal does to a piece of high-tech consumer gear improperly used is ENTIRELY the fault of the zoo visitor. ;)
