One question - I see that currency is €, but is it possible to pay you in USD somehow, just convert the same amount of money from euro to USD?
I just don't know if PayPal will allow me to convert money to euro since I didn't try to do that before (but I know it will work with USD) and I don't want to make bids if I'm not sure about that to not confuse anyone.

There are no stupid questions!
PP does currency conversion no problem, but generally that includes a small fee on their side (which is why I’m transitioning to € as withdrawing USD costs me money, and a lot of my regular EU clients end up having to pay more). Absolutely possible to pay in USD if € is impossible, though.
