Harkon is Old School and living proof that you dont always need technology on your side to get things done.
As A freelancer he has always lived the grey wastes like most people do in New Haven. not an easy life for sure but those who survive are hard, tough and adaptable. Harkon is one the hardest Uldrin to come out of the wastes. As a Rune Preist Harkon belives in the Old Ways and dosent rely to much on technology, Him and His "Rune Knights" get on very well without power armors, plasma casters or photon blades, rather they rely on the old power of the Ancestral Runes to deliver Imperial justice!

Freelancer Harkon Sigard Tarben of the RuneKnights carry's with him two Ultimarium Blades and two Bore Pistols.
He weilds all 26 Ancestral Runes with absolute Skill and Power. He is Leader of the the Rune Knights.
