This is the character known simply as "036" in Dark Aggron's Story. As his number indicates, he's one of the oldest surviving Dark Pokemon.

His power is kind of like the attack Double Team, only the duplicates have just as much health as he does (rather than vanishing upon being hit), and as long as there is at least one clone left, he can't die, even if the original is killed.
