K-9 Agency Concept--Piquel, Mean Old Wolf and Bonkers
I finally got around to sketching out this K-9 Agency concept. I had always wanted to draw these 3 together and Mean Old Wolf in a police uniform, joining the police department. I will have more concepts, because I know a toon can have on pants, shorts or just a shirt and no pants as Bonkers usually does. Plus Mean Old Wolf might have the short sleeved police uniform as well. But I do like how this came out.
