You're doing some fantastic anime style cell shading, You need to watch some of the anatomy though, mainly the hands are too small. The arms are also disproportionate, the arm is too long/ forearm too short. Also the right arm is bending right at his back making it appear as if the arm is very very long. The hair is great and line work is consistent, just make sure the color in the line work isn't contrasting badly with what it's outlining, for example red stroke on a brown shirt clashes.

The eyes and expressions are great.

Yeah, I was thinking that about the hands. @___@ and I see what you mean about his arm being too long.
