This was taken at the Toronto Zoo while the lion keeper was doing a talk. If you look carefully, you will see a bee in the bottom right corner of the photo. The lion looks rather frightened! Poor guy.

I wonder where the last bee has stung him so he would be as afraid as he actually looks like. also, some expressions are universal...
usually animals at zoos hate the veterinary because they usually sting. here in germany there is a tiger who always turns the rear end towards the vet to receive the syringe into the upper leg muscle, growling, baring teeth, but otherwise holding still until the syringe falls back off again. :)
