The guy at the podium is Dr. Bruce Solheim, a professor at my college, and the teacher of the "History of the Vietnam War" class (which I attended in that semester).

He was one of the organizers of the event, and he himself is a USAF veteran (he flew a C-130 in operation Urgent Fury!), as well as the brother of a Vietnam War combat 'vet.
