Introducing Speck~

Speck is Barrel's current companion, she's a runt of a female and mildly psychotic.

By all odds Speck shouldn't exist, as she will tell you herself. Females are supposed to be much larger than males, and small sharks tend to get eaten by their siblings already in the womb. Speck however, by luck or sheer willpower, managed to survive by clinging to the inside of her sibling's throat and leeching off its food... slowly starving it to death, leaving baby Speck fat and healthy. It didn't do much to fix her inferiority complex. She makes up for her size in sheer blood lust. Her preferred weapon is a coral knife which she keeps wrapped in cloth and hidden in her stomach. It's unusual for a shark to carry any kind of weapon, they usually rely on their teeth and strength alone, but Speck's diminutive size makes her feel her teeth don't intimidate people enough...

She chose the name Speck herself, small and overlooked like a speck of dust. She grew up in Wild Waters and has a barbarian speech pattern (referring to herself in 3rd person and never using auxiliary verbs). "Speck do what Speck want!"
