This is perhaps my favourite watercolour to date. The original sketch was done around 2017-ish if memory serves, as part of a much larger project that I was never able to complete (what with the neurodivergent thing and all that, finishing stuff is difficult, in case you haven't noticed with the rest of my gallery)

The colouration took place sometime in 2020, and I'm absolutely tickled with how it turned out. I'm delighted by the background, and it took quite a few passes to get it just the way that I wanted it. I'm very satisfied with the fur texture and how that comes across with the paint. It really helps that this is perhaps one of my better drawings to begin with, and was already a piece that I absolutely adored.

This has only been slightly edited for vibrancy, as once the paint dried it dulled a bit (Cheap and old colours will do that) however, this is what it looked like once it was initially finished, so I don't feel too terrible about fiddling with it.
