yeah I figured in order to get better at songwriting, singing and vocal production I just have to do it. lyrics were inspired by a couple of different things and though they are generic, there is still a deeper meaning for me in them.
I was actually not sure whether to re-record the guitar because of the finger picking noise/sloppy playing but I was lazy >~>
it's not a final version per se. rather an excerpt of what I can do atm. it will be revisited eventually, maybe as part of an ep or even an album at some point in the future. don't quote me on that just yet though, there are a couple of things I have to take care of first.
