SCP-999.5 is to be contained in a 9.5 x 9.5 x 9.5 meter plexiglass chamber measuring at least 1.5located in site-***. Weakly checks for damage and General were and tear of the containment unit. People have been saying that the SCP sometimes is seen with a yong humanoid resembling a child that went missing around the time of capture.
Camera footage has show this is true and the human is Nick [REDACTED].
Interviews with the SCP about this has only obtained denials. And in inadvertently discovered a audio-hazard in the SCP's voice, almost causing it to breach the site. Security managed to keep this from happening by deterring it with the threat of indefinite cryo storage. Containment has been updated.
Addendum 999.5-3: Contaminant breach report.
An agent has been found to be the cause for the breach of SCP-999.5, found without the proper ear protection, releasing it causing the event known as the, "Mass Gass of Site-***", the SCP managed to escape the site using the ventilation and is out in the world. The agent mentioned in this is being reprimanded accordingly.
