Reminds me of the time my schedule manager once had me work closing 2 days before Thanksgiving, a few years ago, so it was late at night when I got home, and then have me work early morning the next day, at like 7:30 AM. I only got like barely even 6 hours of sleep so I can work the day before Thanksgiving and it was busy af. I wanted to explode when I heard about working early morning after a late shift, but I had to since we were underemployed
Ya. I fuckin hated my schedule manager. She also screwed me over in working hours. Since I was part time and had other stuff going on at home, I asked to work between 20-24 hours a week. I was actually working close to 30 hours a week, but again, stuff going on. The schedule 2 weeks later shows, and I'm actually working almost 35 hours that week, which was more than usual, close to full time. I told her about it and she gave some bullshit, then decided to have me work one less hour for the next day to "make up for it". The next day comes and I ask to clock off, then wat does she do? She pulls back on our deal and tells me to finish my last hour. I was already tired af because of how busy we are, then she eventually said I can leave. At that point, on the same day, looking back on how much bullshit I've gone through in almost a year at that job, I said fuck it and told them I'm resigning. Fuckin bitch schedule manager
