I dont know what it is but i fucking adore this character so much
anyways, I was really inspired by Rukis' comic "cruelty" and wanted to do something relatively similar but different problem. and I want to use Rusty with Weiss. Rusty seems like the care free happy go lucky shark, weiss is very much opposite when i think of him in real life terms. they will be in a highschool or college age.
