A commission I got a while back from  Mauveraw of my Toxitricity girls Pepper, Janis and their mom Billie, uploaded with their permission!

Janis (Shiny Low-Key) and Pepper (Shiny Amped Up) are identical twins born from the same egg, a rare occurrence - and even rarer that the egg hatched without issue with two healthy newly hatched shiny Toxels emerging. Usually double yolks either never hatch, or one of the two embryos outcompetes the other and only one survives. Obviously a good sign of fortune and luck in their lives... right?

Pepper is laid back and chill, but is sarcastic, snappy and has little patience for Japes and Antics. She is very intelligent, and out of the two sisters she's sort of seen as the "elder" sibling because she just exudes Cool Big Sis energies. Janis, meanwhile, is also laid back - but is a lot sillier and loves Japes and Antics and going stupid on Wednesdays, which does irritate her sister a little. She's more of a hippy to her sister's hardline punk. Also they're both trans because I said so and some salamanders have been observed as being able to change their sex at will so nyeh. They're both members of an exclusively Pokemon band that mostly does sets in the Pokemon run dive bars much to their business oriented mother's disapproval, yet their mum still helps finance their little band.

Speaking of their mother Billie. She on the other hand, has the completely opposite personality. Neither laidback nor fun, she's the sour and hardline Iron Matriarch of the family who handles everything with an orderly strictness. Immigrating all the way from [-Pokerverse Equivalent of Windhoek Here-] in her youth, she shocked all of Galar in how ruthlessly she climbed up the ladder and made her fortune in the perfume industry, before branching out to distilleries and cosmetics - becoming Galar's first self made Pokemon CEO & millionare, a landmark and inspiration to Pokemon everywhere in some way to prove that Pokemon can, indeed, run their own business without human involvement. Pure, distilled capitalist inspo story if there ever was one. She has a bit of a problem with an addiction to detox smootihes - especially her favorite of papaya, passionfruit, mango and a hint of lemon - but it seemingly hasn't affected her entrepreneurial capabilities. (She is somewhat inspired but Auntie Tallulah from Tuca & Bertie and a dash of Tomoko from Diamond is Unbreakable mostly in her affection for Joseph)

Billie is pretty disdainful humans and particularly frigid towards men, though occasionally if she mistakes a Pokemon for the father of her daughters - of whom after all these years she's still heavily infatuated with - she instinctively embrace them and dole affection on them until the point of realization, where she goes frigid once more.

As for their father. Pepper describes him as "coming in and out of their lives, like a busboy in a restaurant". Billie is still madly in love with him, Janis has reverence for him, Pepper is ambivalent if not cold and towards him. Ironic considering she's his favorite out the three when he does come back around.

And that ends the background story for my three Toxtricity girls! I love the them and think about them a lot~
