If Tyrannosaurus Wreck's cybernetic tail blaster is like other Roian energy weapons nonlethal to biological targets it's still going to be extremely painful and Fyodor's impact against the wall I imagine could result in some cracked ribs and possibly a spinal injury, so I don't think he'd be getting up any time soon and will probably need some time in hospital.
Still I imagine Wrecks is probably more the sort to sneer and mock his fallen victim but let them live with the humiliation of their defeat rather than killing them in cold blood while they're unconscious, hopefully.
