I think I spent 10 minutes figuring out if it was drawn over a photo, but I had no clue so I asked a friend who also had no clue so what is it?! Either way, this is looking amazingly great and that it has 48 likes baffles me. This deserves 100.. no 1000+ likes!!
I’m serious, this has to be one of the most amazing art pieces I’ve ever seen even if it’s a semi, as it’s a draw-over but you’ve done a lot. Outdone yourself! This seriously is underrated like holy shit.

Aw thanks a lot it made me really wide smile (〃◠ ‿‿ ◠〃)
Unfortunately I deleted WIP post, where some things was explained. But yea, I really tried to find any good photo for this and in result, I simply spent alot of time.
So I decided to make it from scratch and with wow effect. I drew the map of the objects, drew on this 3-point perspective with super wide wiew angle, use adaptive wide angle filter in photoshop for make 4-point fish eye perspective (funny and not obvious trick) and then just drew other stuff. I had no luck with the weapon pictures, they were not in the angle that I needed or with bad quality, so yea, I had to drew most of it too by the reference or over the photo (Actually, I just should have use 3d ╮( ° ⇀ ° )╭ but that's another story)
About trees, I regrett that made them cartoon like, but it's too late. I thought I will made much less detailed art. Anyway, this is just Ps brushes with the tree shapes and mixer brush tool for textures (if you closely look at these trees, you will notice about 3 tipes of textures and several repeating tree shapes).
All other things, like a ground, all types of a grass and a hay blocks, was made with the custom brushes, I made about 10 for this art and most of it for ground. As for all other objects, they was made with simple and textured brushes + light noise for make art less oiled.
And yes, I used photos, textures, (drew over it) for container's doors, some weapons of course, some equipment and I can't remember that I use it somwhere else.
(Oh, right, the guy in the middle, Ggmg42 was drawn by his own irl photos)
Unforunately, FA have problems with pictures if they resolution higher then It's uploaded now, so I can't show here original size of this art, for better analize, and I also don't store WIP's...
Though that what I posted, was saved, so I can show this: https://drive.google.com/drive/fold.....-5?usp=sharing

You’re welcome tho
I hope you’re not thinking I’m suspecting you of anything, I actually draw over photos of myself when I’m drawing so I feel more ashamed there. However you did this, you shouldn’t get a forced feeling because that wasn’t my intention at all!!
But I very much appreciate it anyways, learning how other artists draw baffles me, it can be so similar yet different. But I don’t ever think I’ve seen an artist reveal such amazing work you come up with.
I’m very tired so I’m sorry if anything barely makes sense.. just so it’s said easy, I’m baffled either way and thanks for explaining how it’s made. It’s definitely interesting to hear such!

Oh, don't worry! ( ^ヮ^ )
It's a big topic, but shortly, I don't think there is anything to be ashamed of about drawing over a photo or similar stuff.
(Within reasonable limits) if you have effective tool/way/trick, for create, why you don't have to use it?
If you need to draw a street, but you can't, it takes a long time, etc. you can find something for redraw. This is creative approach and if you can show better results with this, then go ahead! And not professional artists, nor the studios for which such art will be made, will not judge you. As long as all ok with rights (¬‿¬ )
I mean, from the side of "art for the sake of art", lots of labor is commendable, but professionalism lies in the ability to do the same, with much less time and efforts.
And in general, we are on the verge of the fact that neural networks will draw instead of artists and the idea of art will change, so why should anyone be ashamed to use even less effective "tools", than what becoming available with every day?
And I appreciate that you appreciate it :D just, after spending on this art lot's of time and effort, I'm so happy that someone likes it ^^
And I just don't mind sharing trick or tip for drawing, so just answered potential questions, that probably should have placed in description ╮( ´ v ´ )╭
Btw, if you might be interested, after optimization and merging lots of layers, PSD of this art has 726 layers and weighs 2GB, just a funny fact.
