Just as Octane got a new pic, so too did his persona Barrows!
Based on Clyde Barrows of the infamous 'Bonnie & Clyde', the reason that he's Octane's Persona goes deeper than both being 'American'; rather, it can be traced to the reason that Clyde started his and his gang's robbery spree in the first place: he wanted revenge against the Texas Prison system that did nothing after he was sexually assaulted in jail. That drive for revenge is what pushed Octane into his daredevil spirit, fueled by the fact the man who was responsible for his mother's death got to walk away an innocent man.
