Blaine of Cinnabar Island, the hot-headed quiz master, who just so happens to be my favourite Kanto Gym Leader.
Most annoyingly his in-game sprites and his official artwork contradict each other. While he wears purple pants on artwork, he sports yellowish pants in the game. I decided to go along with the in-game version.
...on the other hand this is not the first time Blaine's appearance is contradictiory. =P
