A design blending work with corners being a material (upper left), a typeface (upper right), a color (lower right) and a pattern (the last one).
Each square is hand crafted and works as an individual design.
Rather than creating a generic design gradient, i made sure that there would be clashing between the little designs so each unit would look independent and yet as a component as the whole thing.
