Beginning sounds like real room reverb, haha. You must've borrowed Tuss's spinning speakers. Lots of tasteful malevolence in this track. The smoke alarm pings at the end are a nice characteristic element without being too earrape. Great job all around.

the reverb is a free plugin, "valhalla supermassive". it's quite distinct but can be made surprisingly smooth with high density and warp. and the smoke alarm was from an accidental recording from inside a barn where the smoke detected had been out of batteries. i figured i could pull it off based on how you did something similar in your track 'moonboots'

So it was a smoke alarm, that is actually rad. Moon Boots is an inspiration source I wouldn't have guessed, I used Microtonic for the ping. A highly recommended Drumkit VST. And Valhalla does have the best FX plugins, no lie.
