I thought it would be a good idea to give myself an affordable little upgrade and swim in a program with a more diverse set of features/functions, so I ended up buying Clip Studio Paint. As usual for me when trying something new, I did a protogen to test things out. The UI is intimidating whereas in Autodesk it's clean and simple. I'm loving the experience so far though, learning a new program. My mind is blown and I get a bunch of happy brain chemicals every time I learn a new function or even a small convenience.

Side note - I love the way brush pens look so much, so of course the first extra I downloaded was a few different brush pens and tried them out with this art
