since i made an OC for October, I might as well make one for this month.
he's also inspired by the characters from the Prep and Landing short films from Disney Plus, only thing is that he isn't a fan character.

Randy works as a Search and Rescue member of the North Pole. He has a reindeer assistant named Dotty and she helps him with most of his work. When Randy isn't at work, he likes to engorge himself tons of food. Speaking of, Randy's an eggnog addict, so he likes to chug bottles of it. He also has a weird habit of talking to his stomach if it gets too noisy.
