Bobby Thornbody and the guy behind him 
Wally Wolven as well as 
The Beach Bears. Based on Bobby's audio series On Our Own here are the Final Fantasy Warriors of Light on their own, once again using the PSP version for this.
Featuring the return of Dipper the Warror from the Beach Bears, Bobby the Thief from the Thornbody's line up and introducing Wally the Red Mage and Nelson the White Mage. And I caught this image without any glare thankfully. LOL.

He's a rabbit from the moon wearing a robe and a turban who can change the player characters names, except in the 3D remake for the DS, where all the characters are stuck with their original names due to the game's voice acting. Namingway is still part of the game in that version, but he embarks on a personal quest of his own (a story within a story) and changes his own name several times during the course of it.

Here's more information about him. Though I got confused I thought he wears robes, but doesn't, but I was right about the turban, that or he has a hoodie over his head, depending on the version or game that he appears in. He has made a few appearances throughout the franchise as the Wki explains.
