Actually, there is a red hadoken in Street Fighter II, if you do it something like 6 times in a row, he uses the red one (that's before they made it flaming).
Kame Hame Ha is whatever freaking color they want it to be that day,
Fire is... fire.
Ultima has been everything from blue to yellow, to white, to hot pink (Leave it to Kuja to go for pink).
Mega Flare is also reddish in FF9. As is Arc's blast (I think), I just couldn't remember what it was called.

This is quite Badass. XJ9 (Jenny) is a favorite character of mine as well. I’m saddened that this show did not make it to season 3, which I believe should have. Nickelodeon has just grown too corporate to understand what kids interests are anymore.
