Just before my mommy's memorial, I ran out of a car to hug Zizi at the airport without realizing my paci was still in my mouth. It just felt natural to nuknuk on, and I was so excited to see Zizi.

i remember when i was little i had a condition of suckling on my arms which would cause a hickey and splitting skin. My mother and grandmother got me a pacifier to use both at home and at school (i was in 1st grade) it greatly reduced my arm suckling and even helped me concentrate at school which improved my grades. My doctor even said that the pacifier has more positive effects than negative. The only downside was i lived in a very judgemental neighborhood. I was teased at school for using a pacifier. However, after seeing the students tease me, my 1st grade teacher let the whole class know that if they teased me again just because i still used a pacifier they all would get detention and homework (and my 1st grade treacher never gave homework) this made them cease their belittlement immediately.
I was my teachers best student in terms of grades due to my concentration. he knew that it was my pacifier that helped me concentrate.

I still use a pacifier every night not only to prevent the arm suckling but to help ease my mind to help me relax so i can sleep.
