Haha it's my cheap not creative idea to let him look like he lives in the wasteland. I'm really too lazy to draw a full set of realistic clothes.

It really does work, though! And hey, not everyone who lives in the wastelands always has to wear Mad Max style armor all the time. Sometimes, just a simple shirt will do!
