Its standard capacity(30rds). In the US there is no laws that limit the amount of ammo you can have in a magazine, at least in "some states!!".... there is a limit in mag capacity, but i think you are thinking of canada, where they pin the magazines of their guns to limit the amount of ammo you can put in a firearm.
