Deep in The Forgotten Realm, Aona, a luminous and gentle being from an ancient race of protectors, leads a few orphans she found lost in the woods to guide them to the safety of the Great Uru Tree or to their homes on the edge of the forest. Though the realm is filled with wonderous beauty, within it hides an everlasting and looming magic that will ravenously claim those who have lost their way among the dark trees and turn them spirits forever lost in the vale of the forgotten.
A piece heavily inspired by Ori and the Blind Forest that was started in the 24 hour test stream and finished today with around 14 hours of work time. Super pleased with this piece and learned a lot more about painting! Hope you like it!
